Ingredients: 100% steam distilled volatile oil of Piper nigrum L.

Usage Areas: In savory flavors, spice seasonings, snack foods, processed meat, soup bases, dressings, sauces, fragrances and food supplements and any other food product needing the characteristics of black pepper.

Packaging: Available in 10 kg aluminum cans.

Appearance: A thin, clear to slightly yellow liquid.
