Description: Mace oleoresin is an oily resin obtained from dried arillus of Myristica fragrans houtt. After dried arillus is finely ground, mace oleoresin is formed with an extraction process using organic solvents.

Ingredients: Natural extract of Myristica fragrans Houtt and sunflower oil.

Usage Areas: In pickling spices, snack foods, processed meats, confectionery products, baked goods, fragrances and food supplements and any other food product needing the spicy, aromatic characteristics of mace.

1 kg mace oleoresin = 10-12 kg of ground mace

Packaging: Available in 16 kg UN-approved HDPE Pails.

Appearance: A free flowing red to brown liquid.
